Hello. My name is Doug...

I'm a mature visual UI / UX designer from the North-East of England, with proficiencies in UI Design, Graphic Design, Web Design and UX. I enjoy helping people realise their potential for growth, both organically and financially and I love digital design and creating things that allow people get what they need, when they need it, as easily as possible; removing the need for a user to think is an ultimate goal :) The web changes every day, and sometimes it's hard to keep up. Companies don't always have the time to spend keeping up with the latest design trends and updating web pages. So I try to keep up to date and educate myself constantly, and hopefully making myself useful in the process. I won't tell you that you need something when you don't, and I will always try to find the best possible solution for your problem, not just to make money, but to save you some.

I'm motivated, with a dedicated interest in self-development and education, a belief in lifelong learning, and an appreciation of constructive criticism and discussion as an essential part of design and team growth.
